This notice explains how PentaOrbit Technologies Private Limited ("PentaOrbit", "we") handles personal data on this website and in the PentaOrbit product. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@pentaorbit.com.

What this website collects

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no forms. This website does not set cookies or run third-party scripts.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested — such as the IP address, the time and the page requested — to keep the website secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile you.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Patient data and the PentaOrbit product

• This website collects no health information. Please do not send us patient records or identity documents by email.
• PentaOrbit is in development. We build and test it with synthetic records only; no real patient data is used.
• When a hospital uses PentaOrbit, the hospital decides why and how its patients' data is processed. We process that data only on the hospital's instructions, under a written agreement, and with technical controls that check the patient's consent before records are opened, shared or changed.
• We do not store Aadhaar numbers.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. If your data is held by a hospital that uses PentaOrbit, please contact that hospital first; we will help the hospital respond.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and the date at the top will show when it last changed.
